The Council has a number of roles available for councillors to fill – places on committees, places on the Executive (Cabinet) and specific roles on those committees – most notable chairs of committees.
To support councillors understand what is involved in these various roles, we have put together role descriptions. These are all available in Part 5 of the Constitution.
