First and foremost, congratulations on your election to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. I – and colleagues – look forward to working with you during your term of elected office. Some of you will be returning to the Council having been whereas for others this will be a new experience. No matter your circumstance, I hope you find your time as a councillor to be positive and rewarding.

We have put together an online Councillor Tool Kit to support you in your role and to provide you with key information you will need during your first few months in office (and to provide a resource you can use into the future). I realise that there is a huge amount to take in and I – and my colleagues – are here to support you.
